You will receive confirmation by phone or email from us within 48 hours. Reservations are not valid until confirmed by Maya’s Legacy Whale Watching. To make last minute reservations or check immediate availability, please phone us directly.

Cancellation Policy
Please inform us of cancellations as soon as possible. Notice is required a minimum of 72 hours prior to the date of your scheduled whale watching tour. If you need to cancel, we will make every effort to resell your seats. If advance notice of cancellation has not been given within 72 hours and we are unable to resell your seats, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your fares. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
